Beginning in 1979 with one Bridgeport mill and an engine lathe, Precision Machined Parts (PMP) has evolved into a progressive machining facility. We provide high quality components for both military and commercial enterprises. Equipped for all types of precision machining, we have established our reputation by building prototypes, a variety of tooling, and production CNC turning and milling.
Today, we occupy a 15,000 square foot climate controlled facility in Nevada, Missouri. The latest machine tools include a Mori Seiki NH5000 horizontal, Doosan DHP5000 horizontal, 4020LS mill and a Mori Seiki DuraVertical mill.
Ongoing investments like these ensure that PMP customers continue to receive precision parts; in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and allowing them to increase productivity using new processes available through technology advancements.
A family-owned business, PMP was established by Martin Hll. Hill received his early training at Pittsburg State University and later worked with Martin Marietta and several smaller machine shops before starting his own company. PMP was incorporated in 1992 with Jenet Hill as President and owner and Martin Hill as General Manager.
Manager, Brent Livengood, has been with PMP since 1982 and is responsible for daily operations.
Floor Foreman, David Hill, has been in the family shop for 15 years and handles production.
Programmer, Brian Livengood, brings more than 20 years of experience to the CAD/CAM table.
